John R. Hart and Mary Ann Fell moved their family from Morgan County, Ohio to Junction Twp Osage County, Kansas sometime between 1864 and 1871. John was a prosperous farmer and saw mill operator. I believe they lived in Osage County, Kansas until the time of his death in 1911. When John passed away Mary Ann moved to Meeker, Colorado to live with their daughter.

The obituary for Mary Rusk (Hart) Goff printed on July 5 1945 said Seth
was living in Hoquiam, Wa. The certificate of death for Seth shows
he was living at the McClary rest home in Hoquiam for 6 months prior to
his is death. It also shows his usual residence as 1105 Monroe Street,
Hoquiam WA. Seth and Ava had at least two children, Charles B. b. 20 Dec
1887 and Lester C. b.18 Feb 1889, both were probably born in Osage Co.,
Kansas, this according to the book "Fell Family in America" by Sarah Fell.
