---|---|
Te'pwe'ie'ntukuk cIshi, anIt kiik, E'ntiakuk nakanacimocuk, ipi ke'knomake'cuk Pe'ne'pe's, ipi Simiun kashInkasotke' Nayku, ipi Nwsius, Saynin, nInI, ipi Me'ne'in kapie'wic, kishkIcIn ni E'nutIn, okumas, ipi San. | 1 Now there were in the church that was at Antioch certain prophets and teachers; as Barnabas, and Simeon that was called Niger, and Lucius of Cyrene, and Manaen, which had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul. |
13:2 E'ie'cI pmitwawat, ni Te'pe'nke'ncIn ipi e'pwawisnawat, PanakwsIt Cipam otI okikowan, papke'ptoshuk, Pe'ne'pe's ipi San, i mikice'wiwum kaocI ntomkwa. | 2 As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them. |
13:3 IwcI pic kapwa wisnawat, ipi kakishnumawat, ipi katawawat niw nIciwan shi wiwunuk, okinokanawan. | 3 And when they had fasted and prayed, and laid their hands on them, they sent them away. |
13:4 PanakwsIt Cipam, okinokankowan kishie'k, shi Sinwshiuk icI shi kiwcI macik kinashwuk shi Saypnusuk. | 4 So they, being sent forth by the Holy Ghost, departed unto Seleucia; and from thence they sailed to Cyprus. |
13:5 Ipi shi kaiIwat Sine'musuk, okimnwactanawa okikitowun Kshe'mIne'to, otInume'o kumkomwak ki Cwiuk. CanIn kie'ni, ke'iapI okinishokmakwan. | 5 And when they were at Salamis, they preached the word of God in the synagogues of the Jews: and they had also John to their minister. |
13:6 IwcI kanmIt kumshkumwat i mnIshI kishie'k Pe'posuk okimkawawan nkot me'ntokasnIt, iacimokasot, Cwi nInI, pacisus kishInkaso. | 6 And when they had gone through the isle unto Paphos, they found a certain sorcerer, a false prophet, a Jew, whose name was Bar-jesus: |
13:7 Win okiwitokwan, okinasIn, shi e'tnukie'wat Sinicius, Panus, ne'pwakat nInI, okintoman Pe'ne'pe'sIn, ipi SanIn, e'ntowe'ntuk e'wipsItuk i okikitowun Kshe'mIne'to. | 7 Which was with the deputy of the country, Sergius Paulus, a prudent man; who called for Barnabas and Saul, and desired to hear the word of God. |
13:8 NIshcI Inimus, mIntosikasot, (i ie'i e'shnukasot e'ianke'notmuk) okiwikwce'an, e'wi te'pwe'takot ni okumasIn, i te'pwe'tatwun. | 8 But Elymas the sorcerer (for so is his name by interpretation) withstood them, seeking to turn away the deputy from the faith. |
13:9 IwcI San, ke'iapukI e'shnukasot Pan, e'moshkIne'shkakot, PanakwsIncIn, Cipam, kancI okinapman; | 9 Then Saul, (who also is called Paul,) filled with the Holy Ghost, set his eyes on him, |
13:10 IcI otI okinan, O! moashkIne'shkakwiIn caye'k, wie'shtowun ipi caye'k, me'anuk, we'nicansumkon mIcImIne'to, me'iane'ntumIn caye'k me'noshuwe'psowun, ConI kuponiksim Kshe'mIne'to omInoshuwe'psiwun? | 10 And said, O full of all subtilty and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord? |
13:11 Ipi nkom pInI; one'ce'n Kshe'mIne'to oshIton shi kiiwuk, ipi ku’kie'pikwa, co kuwapmasi kisIs nomuk. IiI kie'nup kipuksInI shiw shkishkok wunsiwu’n, ipi kiskupkoniawapwun, icI e'ki pantawapmat owIiI wapmIskIncInkot. | 11 And now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun for a season. And immediately there fell on him a mist and a darkness; and he went about seeking some to lead him by the hand. |
13:12 IwcI okumas pic kawapituk kashotwumIt kite'pwe'ie'ntum osam, okimamkate'ntum, okuknomake'wun Kshe'mIne'ton. | 12 Then the deputy, when he saw what was done, believed, being astonished at the doctrine of the Lord. |
13:13 Pic cI Pan, ipi ni kapmIwice'wacIn kawe'pshkawat shi Pe'posuk, kipie'shie'k PInke'uk, shi Pe'mpinie'uk, icI Can, shi kacInkInat kikiwe' Cinose'ne'muk. | 13 Now when Paul and his company loosed from Paphos, they came to Perga in Pamphylia: and John departing from them returned to Jerusalem. |
13:14 PInke'uk, cI kaocI maciwat, kishie'k E'ntiakuk shi Psitie'uk, ipi kipitike'k shi nume'okumkok, icI e'kicipitupwat; e'nume'kishkItnuk. | 14 But when they departed from Perga, they came to Antioch in Pisidia, and went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and sat down. |
13:15 IcI i tpakwnuke'wun, ipi nakanacimocuk, kakish wapcIkate'k, shi msInukInuk, e'kwaptukuk i nume'okumuk okintomawan, ipi otI okinawan, NInituk, ipi nikane'ituk, KishpIn ke'ko kikitowun, wikie'kme'k, kotI nIshInape'k, ktakikitom. | 15 And after the reading of the law and the prophets the rulers of the synagogue sent unto them, saying, Ye men and brethren, if ye have any word of exhortation for the people, say on. |
13:16 IcI pan, e'kipsukwit, ipi okiiaine'nkowan, otI okinan, NInwuk shi IsniIn, ipi kinwa, kwe'se'k Kshe'mIne'to; psItmok. | 16 Then Paul stood up, and beckoning with his hand said, Men of Israel, and ye that fear God, give audience. |
13:17 O Kshe'mIne'tomwan kotI nIshInape'k, shi IsniIn, okiwe'napman kosnanIn, ipi okipsukwitnan ni nIshInape'n, winwa cokike'ntakwsusik, e'kitawat shi e'kiwuk Iciptuk, ipi wishkInkaonuk shiw o kipie' ocusakcowunan. | 17 The God of this people of Israel chose our fathers, and exalted the people when they dwelt as strangers in the land of Egypt, and with an high arm brought he them out of it. |
13:18 Pic cI nie'wapituk tsopon; okipkIte'ntumwan iw tIshwe'psiwnawan shi na’wmtukwakik. | 18 And about the time of forty years suffered he their manners in the wilderness. |
13:19 IwcI kakish pnacat, nouktso e'shnmnIn e'kiwuk shi Ke'ne'e'n, okimatan iw tukimnInIn e'ki tatiwat. | 19 And when he had destroyed seven nations in the land of Chanaan, he divided their land to them by lot. |
13:20 IcI kakish, icI showe'psIt okiminan tpakwnuke' onInwun nie'wak, ipi niano mtInI tso pon nash Se'mnwIn nakanacimot. | 20 And after that he gave unto them judges about the space of four hundred and fifty years, until Samuel the prophet. |
13:21 IcI i kakish, showe'psIt, okintuwe'nmawan okuman, ocI Kshe'mIne'to okiminan SanIn we'kwIsmukot, E'Ish Pe'nce'mIn kashIcmot nInI nie'wapituk tsopon; | 21 And afterward they desired a king: and God gave unto them Saul the son of Cis, a man of the tribe of Benjamin, by the space of forty years. |
13:22 IcI ni kaotapnat minI nkot okipsukwitnumwan, Te'pItIn e'wi otokumamwat, win Kshe'mIne'to kaiacimat otI kikIto, Nkimkowa Te'pIt we'kwIsmukot Ce'siIn, nInI tpInwe' nin nte'’ we'te'it win, ke'kshkItot, kaye'k, ntIne'ntumwun. | 22 And when he had removed him, he raised up unto them David to be their king; to whom also he gave testimony, and said, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will. |
13:23 OtI nInI onicansIn, Kshe'mIne'to win kashowawitmake't e'wipsukwitnumwat ni Isni In ke'skonwe'ncIn CisusIn. | 23 Of this man's seed hath God according to his promise raised unto Israel a Saviour, Jesus: |
13:24 Pic Can, kawe'pkie'kwe't e'pwamshI pianIt; kcItapie'nwe'wun i kisate'ntumwun; kicaye'k nIshInape'k; Isne'iIn. | 24 When John had first preached before his coming the baptism of repentance to all the people of Israel. |
13:25 IcI me'kwa Can, e'ie', kie'kwe't, otI okinan we'nicI nin e'ne'nmie'k? coin win nte'isi, nIshcI, pInI, nkot pe'kanksIt shkwe'iak, pie'tne'sI win omuksInIn, shiw osItik cointupite' ntakwsIsi, e'wiapskoptuwuk. | 25 And as John fulfilled his course, he said, Whom think ye that I am? I am not he. But, behold, there cometh one after me, whose shoes of his feet I am not worthy to loose. |
13:26 NInituk, ipi nikane'ituk we'nican sunkoie'k, E'pe'ne'e'm, ipi we'kwe'ntuk kwe'sakwe'n, Kshe'mIne'ton, kinwasI i kikitowIn otI ke'skonwe'wun knitakom. | 26 Men and brethren, children of the stock of Abraham, and whosoever among you feareth God, to you is the word of this salvation sent. |
13:27 Kikatacuk shi Cinose'ne'muk; ipi onikansimwan, osam cokike'nmasiwan, coke' okinsItowasiwan ni NakanacimoncIn e'tso nume'kishkuk, kaiactmuk okite'pwe'tonawa i e'ki pkIte'nmawak. | 27 For they that dwell at Jerusalem, and their rulers, because they knew him not, nor yet the voices of the prophets which are read every sabbath day, they have fulfilled them in condemning him. |
13:28 Pic cI kapwamkumwat, ke'ko e'wiwcIne'nIt, ke'iapI okintuwe'nmawan Payne'tIn e'winsIc kasnIt. | 28 And though they found no cause of death in him, yet desired they Pilate that he should be slain. |
13:29 Pic cI kacaktpIse'stowat, caye'k i e'shonupie'kasot shi msInuknuk okiwcI nisnawan, shi mtukok icI e'kishkIshmawst shi cipe'’okumkok. | 29 And when they had fulfilled all that was written of him, they took him down from the tree, and laid him in a sepulchre. |
13:30 NIshcI Kshe'mIne'to minI okipsukwitnan e'nponpIt. | 30 But God raised him from the dead: |
13:31 Mce'sh kon kiwapmukon kapie'ocI wice'kocIn shi Ke'nIniuk, kipie'shie'k Cinose'ne'muk, winwaki ke'iacimukot ni nIshInape'n. | 31 And he was seen many days of them which came up with him from Galilee to Jerusalem, who are his witnesses unto the people. |
13:32 KuwitmonmIn mciwe'nmowun i witmatwun, kashIwawitmotwa kikosnanuk. | 32 And we declare unto you glad tidings, how that the promise which was made unto the fathers, |
13:33 Kshe'mIne'to sI win nasap, okitpIstaknan kinan we'nicansumkoikom iw e'ki psukwit nat, minI ni CisusIn, iwke'shI e'npie'kate'k, shi nish Nkumwunuk Kin we'kwIsme'nan, otI e'kishkiwuk, kiw, osum. | 33 God hath fulfilled the same unto us their children, in that he hath raised up Jesus again; as it is also written in the second psalm, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee. |
13:34 Ipi i e'kipsukwitnat i e'nponpIt, cowi minI e'wipkIshkIne'not, otI kikIto kuminIn we'we'ne' oshuwe'ncuke'wun Te'pIt. | 34 And as concerning that he raised him up from the dead, now no more to return to corruption, he said on this wise, I will give you the sure mercies of David. |
13:35 I ie'i otI osam, minI we'ckito mkuk pe'kanuk nkumwIn, co minI kne'nmasi pan nakwsIt Nkot e'wiwaptuk pkIshknInwun. | 35 Wherefore he saith also in another psalm, Thou shalt not suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. |
13:36 Te'pIt cI kakish pmitwat niw wicpmatsiIn kane'nmukot Kshe'mIne'to, kinpe', ki wic nkokaso niosIn, ipi kinpIsh kinpIshknIno. | 36 For David, after he had served his own generation by the will of God, fell on sleep, and was laid unto his fathers, and saw corruption: |
13:37 Wincie'ko, Kshe'mIne'to kapisukwitnat minI co okiwaptusin mpIshknInwun. | 37 But he, whom God raised again, saw no corruption. |
13:38 I ie'i ke'ocI kuke'ntusme'k nInituk, ipi nikane'itnk, Win otI nInI we'c kie'kmukoie'k, i e'wi we'pnukate'k miashuwe'psiwnIn | 38 Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins: |
13:39 Ipi win caye'k ki te'pwe'ie'ntukuk, pkIte'ntumwak cake'ko; iw tpakwnuke'wun Mosus tapwa pkIte'ntumake't. | 39 And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses. |
13:40 Naktuwe'ntmok, osam otI ktanI otIskonawa kashu kikitowat ki Nakanacimocuk. | 40 Beware therefore, lest that come upon you, which is spoken of in the prophets; |
13:41 PInI, shake'nke'ie'k, ipi mamkate'nkie'k, ipi knIshnatsum; osam nin nmikce'wi mikice'wiwun, shi ktuki, shkimwak mikce'wiwun, co kite'pwe'ie'ntusinawa; nInI ianwI witmakwie'k. | 41 Behold, ye despisers, and wonder, and perish: for I work a work in your days, a work which ye shall in no wise believe, though a man declare it unto you. |
13:42 KicI Cwiuk, kanmI sakumwat, shi nume'okumkok, ki me'mataose'cIk, okiwishte'pmawan e'wi kie'kmukwat ni kikitonIn, minI nume'kishkItnuk. | 42 And when the Jews were gone out of the synagogue, the Gentiles besought that these words might be preached to them the next sabbath. |
13:43 IcI ki pic maoce'ticIk, kanmumaciwat Cwiuk, kimane'k ipi e'nmaa cuk, kakwe'knoicuk, okipmInashkawawan PanIn, ipi Pe'ne'pe'sIn, e'knonkowat, oki ikwamukwan, e'wi ikwamtonIt Kshe'mIne'to oshuwe'ncke'wun. | 43 Now when the congregation was broken up, many of the Jews and religious proselytes followed Paul and Barnabas: who, speaking to them, persuaded them to continue in the grace of God. |
13:44 IcI minI e'nume'kishkuk kaka, caye'k e'icIk shi kcI otanuk; kimaoce'tik e'wip sItmowat, Kshe'mIne'to okikitowun. | 44 And the next sabbath day came almost the whole city together to hear the word of God. |
13:45 NIshcI pic Kawapmawat ki Cwiuk ni maoce'tincIn, kimoshkIne'se'nI miane'ncke'wun, ipi okipapshItanawa notI kaiactuk Pan, okiakwne'twawan ipi pcI- kikitok. | 45 But when the Jews saw the multitudes, they were filled with envy, and spake against those things which were spoken by Paul, contradicting and blaspheming. |
13:46 IcI Pan, ipi Pe'ne'pe's kiwishkukwuk, ipi otI kikItwuk, kiw wunItsI Kshe'mIne'to okikitowun, kinwa ne'tum; e'wi iactumakoie'k, osamcI nkoci e'ne'nme'k, ipi e'waptuwuie'k kiiuwawa e'pwa pite'ntakwsie'k e'wiiIiIie'k kakuke' pmatsowun pInI naskawa mIn, ki Me' i kIs cIk. | 46 Then Paul and Barnabas waxed bold, and said, It was necessary that the word of God should first have been spoken to you: but seeing ye put it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles. |
13:47 OtIsI ie'i Kshe'mIne'to nkikatonkonan, otI kikIto; kukicipitupe'num e'wiwase'shkmoe'k ki me'mataose'cIk, kinwa kuke'skontuwe'wun e'wishiamkuk e'kokiwuk. | 47 For so hath the Lord commanded us, saying, I have set thee to be a light of the Gentiles, that thou shouldest be for salvation unto the ends of the earth. |
13:48 IcI ki Me'ikiscIk, kanotmoat otI kinciwe'nmok, ipi okiwin watanawa Kshe'mIne'to okikitowun ipi cI tso kawe'napme'cIk, ika kukie' pmatsowun kite'pwe'ie'ntumwuk. | 48 And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed. |
13:49 Ipi i Kshe'mIne'to okikitowun, kimnwacIkate' caye'k shi katnukie'wat. | 49 And the word of the Lord was published throughout all the region. |
13:50 NIshcI ki Cwiuk, otopwe'mawan ni e'nmaancIn, nakansIncIn kwe'n ipi ni nakansincIn nInwun, shi kcI-otanuk, ipi oki miash totwawan PanIn, ipi Pe'ne'pe'sIn, ipi oki miwnashkawawan, shi e'tnukie'wat. | 50 But the Jews stirred up the devout and honourable women, and the chief men of the city, and raised persecution against Paul and Barnabas, and expelled them out of their coasts. |
13:51 Oki papiwshkumakwan, i ne'kwukI, shiw osItiwak icI kipie'k shi Ikoniumuk. | 51 But they shook off the dust of their feet against them, and came unto Iconium. |
13:52 Ipi ki ke'knomocuk; kimoshkIne'shkaknawa mciwe'nmowun, ipi ni PanakwsIncIn Cipam. | 52 And the disciples were filled with joy, and with the Holy Ghost. |
